Usage:

• Step 1: Add 3–4 grams of matcha powder (use 6 grams for a stronger flavor) and sift the powder.
• Step 2: Pour in warm water (60–80°C / 140–176°F). Whisk quickly in an “M” or “Z” motion until large bubbles form, then gently stir the surface without touching the bottom.
• Step 3: Draw a circle on the surface and gently lift the whisk to finish.
