The Litchi Chinensis Black Tea, is from Guangodong Province in China, also know as Lychee Black Tea. It is treated with the juice from the lichee fruit, which yields a wonderful and sweet fragrance. Lichee black tea can also be enjoyed chilled.

Character

From Guangdong province, the dry, dark brown, woody leaf fills the air with a powerful sweet, fruity perfume that absolutely replicates the aroma from fresh lychees as the outer shell of each fruit is carefully peeled back. The liquor is rich copper in colour and syrupy sweet and fruity in aroma and taste. Deliciously uplifting!

Brewing Tips

Brew 3g (0.10 oz) in approximately 250ml (8 1/2 fl oz) boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Strain and add more water for a second infusion.
