At Umi Tea Sets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your teaware is not perfect for your home, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at support@umiteasets.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original protective packaging and gift boxes to ensure the delicate ceramic and glass arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned teaware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
